Islam- The Religion of the Sword?

Peace everyone,

One of the biggest things I hear by opponents of Islam (which simply means Submission, as in submission to GOD) is that Islam is the religion of the sword. So called Islamic "scholars" have gone a long way to make themselves and God's beautiful religion (the one religion since the time of Abraham, the one who initially named us "Submitters") look bad. In fact this is the furthest from the truth. 

In simple terms, Islamic 'scholars' have invented the concept of 'abrogation' saying that if one verse came later then it would "nullify" another verse. There has been an example where one verse nullified over 100 other verses in the Final Testament, the Quran. Any human being with some common sense would find this odd that scholars came up with the idea that God would reveal so much in a scripture to be left with mankind for ages but with so many verses nullified!

The Computer's Role in Religion

Hello and peace everyone,

Today I wanted to show how important the computer has been in helping to reveal, by God's will, a lot of which stands as proof as God's existence to many. First I'd like to pose the question:

"Has God ever hinted to computers in His scriptures?"

To answer my own question with what many people believe is related to the computer, supported with formidable evidence, I believe GOD has:

     The Computer Is The Creature

[27:82]  At the right time, we will produce for them a creature, made of earthly materials, declaring that the people are not certain about our revelations.

This comes from the "Authorized English translation of the Quran" by Rashad Khalifa.

If you are not fond of one translation (and you have right to doubt and search for yourself) here are a few different translations of the same verse:


First thing someone may notice, who has been introduced to Quran's mathematical evidence all related to the number 19 is that 2+7+8+2 adds up to 19 so 27:82 seems to have an immediate significance to the revelation of the mathematical miracle.

As it turns out, the computer was essential in helping to reveal the "19 code" of the Quran. Dr. Rashad Khalifa first put the Quran into a computer when trying to analyze the mysterious "Quranic Initials" that left scholars for centuries curious as to why they prefix certain Suras (chapters) of the Quran.

For those not familiar, the Quran has 29 suras that are prefixed with 14 different sets of initials (letters). Please note the table below(highlight to reveal letters, they are in black font) from http://www.submission.org/math-ap1.html

It turns out that the computer was of vital importance in revealing the significance of these initials. In short, when you add up all the initials mentioned of a set letter by letter in the suras they are prefixed with you get a multiple of 19. As an example, if you took all the "H's and M's" mentioned in the suras (chapters) they are prefixed in (suras 40-46) you get 2,147 H's and M's which is 19 x 113.

The Big Bang Theory

Many people today oppose the Big Bang Theory. To be honest, I could use more information as to why this is. From my understanding it seems that the "Big Bang Theory' is opposed by many religious people because it opposes that God created the heavens and the earth.

If anyone has the correct information please comment as to why some oppose it, doing a quick google search shows me that it is a divided topic as to whether it opposes certain religions or not.

My purpose tonight is to bring, what I see, as confirmation to the Big Bang Theory, something revealed 1400 years ago, and as many of you may know, the Big Bang Theory was nonexistent until fairly recently (approx 20th century).

In God's Final Testament (The Quran) we see verse amazingly accurate in relation to the theory.


[21:30]  Do the unbelievers not realize that the heaven and the earth used to be one solid mass that we exploded into existence? And from water we made all living things. Would they believe?

To me this is self-explanatory. To have something so accurate as to say that the "heaven and the earth" (heaven commonly refers to the skies/universe) were one solid mass and "exploded" into existence is simply amazing.

We have no record that the original Quran has had changes that would interfere with this "miracle" so to speak. In fact if there was a change to be had it would have until about the 19th century to be known about  seeing that the Big Bang Theory had come into play relatively recently.

As a disclaimer, I hope that no one takes this as an attack on their beliefs, I am a human being just like all of you are, I've believed different things in my lifetime but the overwhelming evidence, no matter how much my heart may have opposed initially, I fear I would be utterly helpless if I were to reject it. God knows He is the Truth that is why He tells us to verify it:


[17:36]  You shall not accept any information, unless you verify it for yourself. I have given you the hearing, the eyesight, and the brain, and you are responsible for using them.

Rabbi Judah The Pious Witnesses a Mathematical Miracle

Judah the Pious was a Rabbi from the 11th century (around 1,000 years ago).

A Book entitled "Studies in Jewish Mysticism" (pg. 91) contains information about Rabbi Judah and his colleagues  that developed a very important theory we witness the extent of in the 20th century until now and has become a CRITICAL part of determining the existence of GOD.

"The people [Jews] in France made it a custom to add [in the morning prayer] the words: " 'Ashrei temimei derekh [blessed are those who walk the righteous way]," and our Rabbi, the Pious, of blessed memory, wrote that they were completely and utterly wrong. It is all gross falsehood, because there are only NINETEEN times that the Holy Name is mentioned [in that portion of the morning prayer] ...and similarly you find the word 'Elohim NINETEEN times in the pericope of Ve-'elleh shemot.... Similarly, you find that Israel is called "sons" NINETEEN times, and there are many other examples. All these sets of nineteen are intricately intertwined, and they contain many secrets and esoteric meanings, which are contained in more than eight large volumes. Therefore, anyone who has the fear of God in him will not listen to the words of the Frenchmen who add the verse "'Ashrei temimei derekh," and blessed are the righteous who walk in the paths of God's Torah, for according to their additions the Holy Name is mentioned twenty times...and this is a great mistake."

Praise God, little did we know that the extent of this miracle would be discovered in the Final Testament (the Quran) almost a thousand years later (1400 years after the REVELATION of the Quran).

Before I talk about it, I should mention that this "miracle" is perpetual. In fact, it seems, as every year goes by more and more parts of this mathematical miracle are allowed to revealed by authority of the Almighty.

Let us start with the SIMPLE facts taken from www.submission.org:

"Like the Quran itself, the Quran's mathematical Miracle ranges from the very simple , to the very complex. The simple facts are those observations that can be 
ascertained without using any tools. The complex facts require the assistance of a calculator or a computer.

The following facts do not require any tools to be verified, but please remember they all refer to the original Arabic text:

1- The first verse 1:1 known as "Basmalla" consists of 19 letters.

2-This verse was revealed to Muhammed after 74:30, which states
"Over it is 19". not a coincidence.

3-The Quran consists of 114 suras, which is 19X6.

4-The total number of verses in the Quran is 6346, or 19X334 (6234 numbered 
verses and 112 unnumbered verses (Basmalla). 6234+112=6346. notice also that 6+3+4+6= 19

5-The Basmalla occurs in the Quran 114 times, despite its conspicuous absence 
from Sura 9 (it occurs twice in Sura 27) and 114 = 19 X 6

6-From the missing Basmalla of Sura 9 to the extra Basmalla of Sura 27, there are precisely 19 Suras.

7-It follows that the total of the sura numbers from 9 to 27 9+10+11+12..... . +26+27) is 342, or 19X 18

8-This total (342) also equals the number of words between the two Basmallas of
sura 27. and 342 = 19X18

9-The famous first revelation (96:1-5) consists of 19 words.

10-This 19-worded first revelation consists of 76 letters, & 76=19X4

11-Sura 96, first in the chronological sequence, consists of 19 verses.

12-This first Chronological sura is placed atop the last 19 suras.

13-Sura 96 consists of 304 Arabic letters and 304 = 19X16

14-The last revelation (Sura 110) consists of 19 words.

15-14 different Arabic letters, form 14 different sets of "Quranic Initials" (Such as 
A.L.M., of 2:1) and prefix 29 suras.These numbers add up to 14+14+29=57 19 X 3

16-The total of the 29 sura numbers where the Quranic initials occur is 2+3+7....+50+68=822, and 822 +14 (14 sets of initials)=836 =19X44

17-Between the first intialed Sura (Sura 2) and the last intialed Sura (Sura 68) 
there are 38 un-initialed suras , 38=19X2

18-Between the first and last initialed sura there are 19 sets of alternating 
"initialed" and "uninitialed" Suras,

19-The Quran mention 30 different whole numbers throughout, 
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,19,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,99,100,200,300,1000,2000,
3000,5000,50,000, & 100,000.
The sum of these numbers is 162146 = 19X8534

The following 2 facts may need some help with a calculator.

20- The word God (ALLAH) occurs throughout the Quran in its 114 Suras
2698 times and 2698= 19X142.

21-The number of verses where the word God occurs add up to 118123
also a multiple of 19, = 19X6217

22-The Quran's dominant message is that there is only "ONE GOD"
The word 'One", in Arabic "Wahid" in reference to God occurs 19 times 
throughout the Quran.

23-The word "Wahid" itself, (one) has a numerical value of 19. W=6, A=1, H=8, D= 4. These are a well known values.

24-The word "Quran" occurs in the Quran 58 times, with one of them referring to 
"another Quran" in 10:15, therefore, if excluded, the frequency of "this Quran" in 
the Quran is 57, or 19X3

25- The first Pillar of Islam is stated in 3:18 as "La Elaaha Ella Hoo".(There is no
other God besides Him). This most important expression occurs in 19 suras."


Another small piece taken from www.submission.org shows us the value of the word ONE is Arabic and Hebrew (scriptural languages) both amounts to 19, if this is all just a coincidence remember that its just a small taste of the grand evidence.

Why Are We Here?

A question that has come up in everyone's mind has always been "Why are we here?"

Many scholars have attempted to answer this question, some have been content with their answers, other unsatisfied.

Redemption seems to be the biggest answer to this, but with that people are still not satisfied, they feel like its a lie if there is not a story behind it, but what if it is the truth, and we are denying it?

The Quran gives its point of view in light of this question, by far the best and most supported answer I have seen.


[38:67]  Say, "Here is awesome news.
[38:68]  "That you are totally oblivious to.
[38:69]  "I had no knowledge previously, about the feud in the High Society.
[38:70]  "I am inspired that my sole mission is to deliver the warnings to you."

The news is truly awesome, we learn some interesting points in the Quran about the acceptance of the gift/burden of freedom. 

[33:72]  We have offered the responsibility (freedom of choice) to the heavens and the earth, and the mountains, but they refused to bear it, and were afraid of it. But the human being accepted it; he was transgressing, ignorant.

Satan's rebellion and idea that he could be a "god" himself has landed us in this situation. There were different categories depending on one's stance at the time of "the Feud."

As far as we know, Angels are those closest to God, the ones who took God's offer to stay in His kingdom and be devoted to Him alone.

The souls that were hesistant but did end up accepting the offer, as pointed out in 33:72, have become the heavens and the earth, the dog who pants whether you yell at him or pet him, the animals who live without ego.

The next souls were the humans, they could not make a firm decision to stick with God and see if Satan's claim was true, God offered us the responsibility of freedom and we took it, now we have another chance to redeem ourselves.

Jinns were the more "rebellious" souls, so to speak. They thought Satan could be a god and are born from fire.

[15:27]  As for the jinns, we created them, before that, from blazing fire.

[18:50]  We said to the angels, "Fall prostrate before Adam." They fell prostrate, except Satan. He became a jinn, for he disobeyed the order of His Lord. Will you choose him and his descendants as lords instead of Me, even though they are your enemies? What a miserable substitute!

As a student of Submitting to God alone, we learn that God does not put anyone in Hell, that is where they lead themselves. Many people already suffer in Hell on earth without realizing it. With God is all knowledge, He knows what is the most fair thing to do, I think to argue about God without knowledge, only guesswork, is ignorant. Instead we should look for evidence, PROOF, that God exists and from there instead of wasting our time asking "why why why" we should heed the proof and move forward. Proof is exactly what God gave us, God willing I will discuss more of it in detail with the knowledge given to us by our Lord.

A Look at Religious Miracles

Through the major scriptures given to mankind (Torah (Old Testament), Gospel/Bible (New Testament), Quran (Final Testament) we see many examples of miracles given to past generations and we are told to learn from those examples and not become another transgressing community.

Many of those miracles today, of course we cannot go back in time and see and we have not seen something of that magnitude in our lives today (such as the parting of the sea, ressurection, a prophecy of disaster for transgressing, etc) but curiously enough, we have evidence of supernatural knowledge, mentioned in Scripture, yet not known until the 19th century or long after. 

When I was younger, I came to a point in my life when I had asked family and those around me about the existence of a "God." I was doubtful and not very convinced that this "Being" actually existed because I did not think we had any evidence of this. Also it seemed like science was always opposed to religion, but I found this to be less and less true reading about some of the "scientific" miracles in scriptures.

If one simply starts searching google for "Scientific miracles of..." the autocomplete tends to come up with "of the Quran" or Koran for different spellings.

I am trying to be the least bias about this as possible so please bear with me and read on..

Though I myself was raised in a Muslim household I should note that today I disagree with many of the innovations of "Islam" attributed to the prophet Muhammad which has been a consistent source for attacking Islam in the media. What most people do not know is that most of these attacks are attributed to "Hadith (supposed sayings of the prophet) and Sunna (supposed actions of the prophet). To me these are no more than a contradictory source of history not to be taken in light of what the God of the Quran tells us to follow alone, simply, the Quran.

There will be neverending debates on this but for our purpose let us move on to the topic we are talking about before I get any more off topic.

Now in order to promote religious unity here, I should first say that Muslims believe (or what I believe they 'should' be believing) that the Torah and Gospel are both sources of divine revelation, though over time we have seen them tainted by the hands of men and though many parts of the Bible could very well still be true (and chances are we have many parts of the bible that are original) it is difficult to find accuracy because the Bible was given in a time where teachings were by word of mouth.

Now to get straight back to some examples of "Scientific Miracles" as some would call them:

Here is one that is quite modern:

The first verse of chapter 54 in the Quran states:

[54:1]  The Hour has come closer, and the moon has split.

Now let us take a look at the Chapter (sura) number and verse number.

54:1. 

When humans landed on the moon, their time of DEPARTURE ("splitting" because they took moon rocks with them) was 17:54:1 <-- Universal Time or 1:54:1 <--- EDT

This is an amazing coincidence and is backed up by even more evidence that I plan to discuss sometime later after mentioning another "mathematical miracle" of the Quran.

To be fair for those who are curious now, in short I can say that the Quran seems to have a "common demoninator" of 19 and in 54:1 where the moon is mentioned, it is the "19th" time the moon is mentioned in the whole Quran.

Before asking yourself "so what?" you will either have to read up some more on this yourself or wait until I, God willing, post more about it some other day.

Cars, money, family, what is your IDOL?

Of all the major scriptures that have been delivered to mankind, whether it was divine or not, the common theme seems to be the worship of God alone and the most important thing tends to be to avoid worshipping idols.

Christians and Jews both believe:

1 And God spoke all these words, saying: {S} 2 I am the LORD thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before Me.

Muslims also believe:

[4:48]  GOD does not forgive idolatry, but He forgives lesser offenses for whomever He wills. Anyone who sets up idols beside GOD, has forged a horrendous offense.

As we see in the major monotheistic scriptures, idol worship is clearly the most horrendous offense, even moreso than murder, adultery, rape, etc.

Now let us apply this to our lives and ask why, I believe anyone who has some awareness of this is able to recognize it through their daily lives. Many think than an idol needs to be a statue or a certain "unseen being or beings" but we can see from our experiences in life that whatever we let occupy our minds the most becomes an idol, and this inevitably leads to a downfall.

Think back to a time you've been so VERY into something; from my experiences when I am focused on something so much to the point where I disregard other people or, other things I SHOULD be doing instead, or getting angry at anything that gets in the way of what I am so mentally involved in, I only end up in distress.

Remember a time you may have been working on your car, trying to finish some business plan, waiting for the day you get to buy some new gadget. I bet all of us have experienced something similar at one time or another where no matter what, nothing seems to go right in favor of getting to the objective. Now this could be on the small scale, maybe its something you dont see yourself being into for long but at the moment you are willing to drop everything else just for this one thing/person/whatever it may be.

In the end it seems like the lesson is always never to be too occupied with one thing, we eventually move on and see how silly it was, and the funny thing is, myself included, we end up making the mistakes over and over again.

Have you ever been so in love for example that it seemed like life had become all about that one person? And once something happened to that bond you felt what many people would consider Hell on earth? Enough examples for now, just something to think about.

Quran:

[2:257]  GOD is Lord of those who believe; He leads them out of darkness into the light. As for those who disbelieve, their lords are their idols; they lead them out of the light into darkness - these will be the dwellers of Hell; they abide in it forever.
